Process Engineer (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

Promote continuous improvement of processes, machines, tools and safety systems, and ensure the maintenance of engineering department process/product technical databases.

YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US

  • Perform tests regarding injection tools and material changes as well as the issuance of the respective OEF and test reports;
  • Definition of process parameters setup and emission of operational documents of product/ process;
  • Measure, calculate and optimize manufacturing times;
  • Analyze production data, perform evaluations of the ongoing processes and take corrective actions if necessary;
  • Propose optimization measures for processes, machines, tools, safety systems, ergonomics and environment;
  • Participate on the analysis of non-conformities and 8D elaboration;
  • Manipulation of robots and automation equipment’s;

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  •  Engineering Degree (Polymers, Mechanics or similar);
  • Knowledge of Quality Tools and problem solving methods (SPC; FMEA, …);
  • Knowledge of rubber and/or plastic injection tools and processes. Automation knowledge will be valuated;
  • English speaker (intermediate level);
  • SAP knowledge (preferable);
  • Excellent analytical and teamwork skills
