Quality, Environment & Safety Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION
Reporting directly to Local Chief Operations Officer, you will lead local Quality, Environment and Safety team, while ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements and governance principles.
YOUR MAIN ROLE WITH US
- Manage the activities of local quality, environmental & safety team;
- Monitor and raise awareness of compliance and observance of system procedures in the various operational activities;
- Implement, maintain and improve the quality, environmental and safety management system in accordance with the organization’s management system rules and external standards;
- Define, implement and comply with the procedures inherent to environment and safety, in accordance with system references and customer requirements;
- Responsible for implementing and ensure fulfillment of customers requirements inside the organization;
- Manage together with internal stakeholders customer and supplier claims;
- Kick-off yearly Local Management Review;
- Cooperate with supply chain team on suppliers selection and evaluation process;
- Manage and approve initial PPAP’s from material/component suppliers;
- Identify legislation and other requirements in the areas of environment and safety (including customer requirements) and ensure their implementation;
- Manage environmental and safety operational activities and prepare needed internal reports, such as environmental performance reports;
- Monitor and raise awareness of compliance and compliance with environmental and safety rules in the various activities of the organization.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering or similar;
- At least 5 years experience on a similar role on manufacturing/automotive sector;
- English advanced speaker (mandatory); Other languages will be valuated;
- Proven knowledge of quality requirements of several automotive manufacturers.
- Knowledge on automotive quality, health & safety standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001);
- An excellent domain of quality core tools;
- Previous experience performing internal audits;
- Goal oriented individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills;
- Managerial supervision experience;
- Excellent domain of MS Office tools;
- Availability for occasional travelling between ESG sites;
