Reporting directly to Local Chief Operations Officer, you will lead local engineering team and continuous improvement, in line with internal and external requirements.



  • Coordinate the study and implementation of process engineering projects that meet internal and external requirements (reduction of waste; reduction of cycle times; improvement of efficiency; ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards; ensure product quality);
  • Coordinate the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of the process;
  • Coordinate, manage and ensure that the Process Engineering team develops the planned activities in order to meet the organization operational targets;
  • Empower the process engineering team to achieve results, monitoring its performance and establishing actions to improve it;
  • Coordinate all engineering team testing activities;
  • Actively participate in Quality Planning (APQP) of new products, changes to existing products and product transfers;
  • Comply with the budget defined by the industrialization team when carrying out complementary production equipment;
  • Ensure equipment/tools suppliers compliance with all requirements and specifications;
  • Perform validations of process equipment’s/tools;
  • Ensure the proper implementation of the defined industrial standards;
  • Develop specifications for investments that involve internal development;
  • Cooperate with the other department heads in the implementation of the organizational policies, strategy and objectives for operational improvement;



  • University degree in Engineering/Industrial Management, Mechanics or similar;
  • At least 5 years experience on a similar role on manufacturing/injection sector;
  • Technical knowledge on injection associated tools;
  • English advanced speaker (mandatory); Other languages will be valuated;
  • Knowledge on automotive quality standards (IATF 16949);
  • An excellent domain of quality core tools;
  • Goal oriented individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills;
  • Managerial supervision experience is mandatory;
  • Excellent domain of MS Office tools;
  • Availability for occasional travelling between ESG sites;
