Elastomer Solutions Group is a leading provider of rubber, rubber-to-plastic and TPE components, in particular cable grommets, mainly for the automotive industry. Cable grommets made from rubber/TPE to protect wires and automotive electronics within the car body from mechanical stresses, noise, dust and water.
Elastomer Solutions possess extensive experience and comprehensive know-how in the design and production of standard and customer specific grommets.
This know-how allow us to bring innovative solutions to our customers, to achieve optimum solutions in our production processes and also application of the components by our customers.
Typical components in our portfolio are classified in the main following product families: Body, Decoupling, Bumpers, Pedal Covers, Powertrain and Engine, Wiring System, Heating and Air Conditioning. Wiring System
The wider offer of components is for the wiring systems for electrical distribution. Main function of components assembled in wire harnesses is to protect the wires throughout the vehicle body and at same time to provide dust, water and acoustic sealing. Some of the main components we develop and produce are door grommets, dash panel grommets which can be in rubber, rubber-plastic assembly or over injected and thermoplastic single or multi-injection.
The variety offered by Elastomer Solutions goes from a small grommet to very big sizes and complexity.
Heating and Air Conditioning
Elastomer Solutions offers both heating and air-conditioning solutions, like water drain grommets, bushings, etc.
Different technical solutions are applicable either in engine compartment or interior of the vehicle. Injected grommets for this systems are design to be applied in every specific case to allow a robust assembly and assure a correct functionality of the system.
Pedal Covers
Elastomer Solutions offers a long expertise in pedal covers either in rubber, thermoplastics. Automotive pedal pads are one of accessory that offer confort, safety and anti-slip surface for user of the vehicle.
Pedal covers we offer include rubber and metal-rubbers covers which are produced by rubber over injected in a metal plate assembly of a rubber cover into a metal plate.
Powertrain and Engine
Elastomer Solutions produces a very wide range of components for application in powertrain systems. The components we offer – whether it is a conventional, hybrid or electric vehicle, are defined to achieve an high performance of the vehicle.
Also, for engine compartment we design and produce several parts as silicone rubber battery caps, gaskets, plugs that are able to assure the characteristics needs for the demanded performance.
Complex designs as air inlets are also produce in our plants.
Body
Elastomer Solutions offers a wide range of solutions for body vehicle application. Components for body vehicle are some of the key products we have for automotive market. We have applications for interior complying requirements such as odour and flammability. We select the raw materials for each specify application and location in the vehicle.
The offer goes from door blocking, sealing’s, sliding grommets, plugs, antenna and many other applications and complex geometries.
Decoupling
Elastomer Solutions can offer several solutions for decoupling systems, either in rubber or thermoplastics.
The decoupling parts we offer can be used in vibration amortizing, for avoidance of friction between different elements, for acoustic solutions and noise reduction, and others.
Bumper
Elastomer Solutions produces bumpers for several applications. Bumpers are used absorb the impact of a system and to protect vehicle components.
Elastomer Solutions has several geometries of door bumpers, but also special bumpers as for the convertible roofs.
